Enjoy a peaceful getaway at this 2 story cozy cottage. Nestled in the Foothills of the Santa Clarita Valley. You will be immersed in a community of beautiful equestrian properties and surrounded by the great outdoors.
This is a detached guesthouse, only connected through a bridge. With that being said, our guests will have complete privacy. This is a gated property and you will have access to pet our horses and, if time allows, enjoy a horse ride in the arena. Also you will have your own gate code to go in and out of the property at your own discretion.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned cottage, which features a fireplace and a Smart TV. There's a private balcony. A kitchenette is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected.
Enjoy recreation amenities such as a fitness center or take in the view from a garden.

Favorite Stay in All of SoCal!!!

I have rented several properties each year over the last 5 years all across the Los Angeles & Orange County areas, sometimes for myself and sometimes with children. This one is BY FAR our most favorite! The views are absolutely amazing, the property is beautiful inside and out, very well kept inside and out, host is awesome with communication and was able to accommodate our unique needs, and we loved visiting the horses. This is an absolutely perfect spot for endless fresh aid and wide open spaces. We cannot wait to go back!!!
