Welcome to the Pine Tree Cabin. This charming log cabin is located just minutes west of downtown Asheville. The cabin is close enough for guests to enjoy all that Asheville has to offer yet also provides enough space for families or friends to enjoy the peace and quiet in a private, wooded setting.

There are two covered decks with mountain views, patio furniture and string lighting. The downstairs porch is home to an amazing built-in hot tub! The decks lead out to the fully fenced back yard that is perfect for pups and kids to play, we allow up to three dogs with a $50 nonrefundable pet fee. Take a stroll up the path to the fire pit and enjoy your time under a sky full of stars, or cookout on the charcoal grill.

Indoors you'll find a beautiful living room with large vaulted ceilings. The gas wood stove will keep you toasty while hanging out on the big leather sofas. Not to worry, the house is equipped with central AC for those summer days. An open kitchen allows guests to enjoy each others company and the large flat-screen TV included with Netflix. The kitchen is well stocked with all cookware, dishes and appliances you will need including dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven and small appliances. The Main floor bedroom has a king size bed, 32" TV with Netflix, and a full bathroom. The loft bedroom holds a king size bed and seating area, perfect for your morning coffee and a good book. The lower level has a queen size bed and full bathroom. A separate area has a full size couch with a 50” flat screen TV. Only 100% cotton bed and bath linens are provided. WiFi is fast and reliable. Laundry room with washer/dryer.

If you are looking for a dog friendly cabin near Asheville , look no further . This place is perfect . We stayed for 3 nights with our two boxer/lab dogs and it really was perfect . The hosts have thought of everything and the place is ideal. Communication was excellent from check in to check out . We spent most of our time on any of the 3 porches enjoying the view with our pups . From the dog treats to the blankets to cover the furniture, it really made the trip so enjoyable . We would definitely stay here again and recommend to everyone.

A trying week for us prior to leaving. We were unsure if we were going to be able to make the trip due to health challenges. The drive there was seven hours and upon arrival, the place was so lovely and so much to our liking that we felt re-energized. Very comfortable for an entire family with thoughtful touches for your furry friends. That said, there is no hint of animal scent or funkiness. The hosts are an email away and very responsive. The setting is near markets and town while feeling remote and woodsy. We would love to return soon.

This cabin was amazing! The pictures perfectly encapsulated the space, and we split the cost between 6 adults so it was extremely affordable. We went into Asheville twice and the drive was very easy. The host was very communicative and quick to respond when we had questions. It was very clean, quiet, and the kitchen was the perfect size for cooking up larger meals. The hot tub was cleaned thoroughly and was a great feature of this cabin. The tv and appliances worked great! We did not run into any issues and I would recommend this cabin to anyone visiting Asheville. It did get slightly warm towards the end of the trip, as it was requested not to go above 74 in summer, but at times it was reading 79 which got a bit too warm for us. There were fans in the closets that we pulled out and luckily it cooled down with the rain! Overall it was a very pleasurable experience and I would very much go back!

The cabin was very cute and very cozy. It was very close to Asheville. We really enjoyed staying there. And would stay there again. The only thing that I would have to say is that the fireplace did not work and we tried to have the maintenance people come out and fix it and get it to work and all they did was try to troubleshoot. No one ever came out so we didn’t get to use the fireplace but overall it was a nice place and very cozy.
