Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
I could continue listing additional issues, but this has been the worst accommodation experience I have had throughout my travels.
- The pool was dirty but did something second day but it was so chemical in there we would let the kids swim.
- The larger bedroom has larger beds, but the AC does not work.
- The AC in the living area does not work. This is particularly problematic because the living area is the only space where our entire group can comfortably gather.
- The first-floor entry door does not properly lock, there is a visible gap between the door
- The kitchen light bulb continuously flickers, as does the bathroom light on the second floor.
- The floors remain wet and excessively damp because there is no dehumidifier, creating a slipping and tripping hazard, especially for children.
- The second-floor bathroom toilet was not properly cleaned prior to our arrival.
Would not recommend.
