Villa Elena lives up to all the 5 star reviews it receives. Value for the money, cleanliness, staff, comfortable bed, A/C etc. etc. If there's another or better place at this price point I'd love to know. If I'm ever back in Isla Mujeres, I'll be definitely staying here.

The room was huge and spotlessly clean with a fantastic sea view. Lovely big balcony with sun loungers overlooking the sea. Well equipped kitchen. Clarita was a very kind and friendly host. There is also a roof top terrace where u can see both coasts so you can watch sunrise or sunset from the same spot.

When we arrived we were greeted warmly by a young woman named Leira! She checked us in and showed us to our room. What a surprise! The studio is huge, with a kitchen, huge terrace with incredible ocean views and a very nice bathroom. Daily cleaning service was a nice surprise as well. Communication with Clara, the he owner/manager was lovely and warm. She came by our place and delivered coffee personally which was so sweet. We loved the location because it’s minutes to the heart of the Centro, but removed from all of the hubbub. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again. We visit the island twice a year!

Villa Elena es muy magico!

Wonderful! Clara was very helpful, the place was sparkling clean, and the view from suite 6 is amazing. Possibly one of the better hotel rooms I’ve stayed in, and for a bargain.
