Simple but very clean hotel in a good central location between the Mercado 28 and the Parque de las Palapas, both in easy walking distance. The wifi in our room was strong and stable and the water pressure in the shower was good. Staff were friendly.

Staff would come in my room while I wasn’t there. Then called the cops on me when I called them out for it and had me exploited out of 5,000 pesos and STILL DIDNT GIVE MY MONEY BACK FOR THE STAY. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Inexpensive hotel located in Downtown Cancun, easy walk to Mercado 28 and Parque de las Palapas. Parking stall are very small so don’t rent a large car. Was quiet enough for being on a Main Street.

Nice quiet location

Quiet location, not much happening in this area unlike hotel zone. So for any activity or active night life etc, you need to travel to some place by walking to ado bus terminal and catching buses from there. But nice places to eat nearby like satyam, bao vegan, 100% natural.

Buen hotel para estadia corta, limpio y aire acondicionado bueno no tuvimos calor, solo que no tiene elevador o al menos solo para el servicio de limpieza . El colchón no es muy comodo pero como dije funciona para una estadia corta y buen precio. Cerca de mercado 28 ,5 min a pie.
