It has a large bedroom with two double beds and another bedroom with a kingsize bed + a sofa bed in the living room.

On the main avenue there is easy access to public transportation and cabs or we have parking in case you have a car.

It has a terrace with 2 lounge chairs that you will love!

It has free wifi, smart tv and Netflix, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, swimming pool, gated parking, 24/7 security and the best service.

It is walking distance to the best restaurants and nightclubs in Cancun (Harry's, Porfirios, Puerto Madero, HRoof) We can help you make your reservations.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Checked in at 5pm and there were still people cleaning the unit. So we awkwardly had to wait in the corner while they finished. Room was still very dirty, sand was EVERYWHERE, all over the floors in every single room. No hand soap in my bathroom. Shower was very neglected. Guards were unfriendly, would sit and watch us try to open the gate instead of helping. Didn't offer any help carrying luggage up stairs. Also, a bit difficult to find. The addresses given don’t lead to the right places/ different addresses are listed on the advertisement vs the instructions they give before checking in. Other than all that, the unit is in a great location, the bedding and towels were clean, and outside is well kept. Quiet, and super close to a nice beach!
