Very disappointing. I tried to contact this hotel several times in the week before I traveled. Both expedia and I emailed, whatsapp msg and phoned repeatedly but never heard back. I noticed that google said it was temporarily closed & 3 online booking companies no longer book this property so was worried that they might not be open. Because they never answered we ended up booking a different hotel. They finally answered at 5pm on the day we arrived in Mexico and sadly they refused to give us a refund because we were waiting to hear back from them and missed the cancellation window.

The entire staff was AMAZING. Everyone was very friendly, kind, and helpful always greeting us when we arrived and left for the day. We stayed for over a week and would stay again -we enjoyed having a kitchen area, the pool was cleaned daily, and just give a chill vibe.
