The Hotel and grounds were kept very clean. Excellent location, close to restaurants, beach and a lovely market only steps from hotel. The staff were super helpful and friendly. We enjoyed chatting to your staff at the bar. We would suggest a small dresser in the room for clothing and also a safe. We hope to be back again next year.

Had a horrible hostel experience, a drugged guest made us very scared in the first night, nobody could sleep, security didn’t do anything and when I asked to change room they simply didn’t care, didn’t make any effort and treated everything like it was nothing. The beach in fronto of the hostel is not allowed to swim so very disappointing too.

The receptionist was not the most friendly. Luckily the manager stepped in and took care of the issues. Everything was smooth after that and the place was great. Some of the rooms are bunk style and great for large groups of people or college kids travelling. The coffee shop downstairs was great and had very cheap bottle water. The bar at the hotel was great and has nice views. The hotel is great for people who want to walk around. Playa Norte is the place go for your beach access if you want to swim. It’s a very short walk to Playa Norte. The food trucks near the hotel are great. I recommend the Al Pastor from La Patrona food truck and the churros from Churrossik Park.

I had a wonderful stay at Nílu Isla Mujeres by Selina. I loved the teepee-style accommodation, and the location directly on the beach was absolutely perfect. The coffee shop was great, and I really enjoyed relaxing by the pool, on the beach chairs, and in the hammocks. I also brought my dog along, and the experience was easy and enjoyable, which I really appreciated. The shared kitchen was another great feature and very convenient during my stay. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful. The only minor issue was that the bathroom hot water didn’t always work, but overall it was a lovely experience and I cannot wait to return.

Great performance for the price you pay. All the other alternatives were expensive in the main part of island. This one is affordable, clean and social option. But this one is affordable and nice. The only caveat is it is loud until 2am on Fridays and Saturdays.

Clean room and front desk was super sweet. Amenities such as shampoo, body wash and conditioner would run out often which sucked but it wouldn’t take too long to get replaced. Definitely booking here when I return again!
