There was no shuttle from or to the airport unless you reserve it 48 hours ahead and it’s not guaranteed. The transportation from the airport was $75 US for an 8 min ride because Iber is not allowed to pick up at the airport. There is no restaurant or bar in the hotel, and nothing within walking distance. There is a basic snack bar at the pool that operates limited hours. The breakfast is very limited. Even though the hotel was half empty they gave me a horrible room with a balcony overlooking the wall and the dumpsters. After much complaining I was changed to a different area. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Problems with feather pillows and allergies upon arrival even though I had been assured there would be no feather pillows. Great big old nasty pubic hair on the nightstand. On my last day I saw cockroach in the breakfast room. The room was pretty good although sometimes there was a very strong smell of sewer. Not a great place to stay especially if you don't have a car because there is no public transit. The first closest bus stop was about 2 miles up the road.

Disappointing stay – not recommended Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet our expectations and I would not recommend it. We arrived early with very tired children and were promised an earlier check-in, but when we returned at the official check-in time (3:00 PM), we still had to wait an additional 1.5 hours. The staff at reception was rude and unhelpful. The location is very inconvenient — nothing nearby, no walking areas, and no accessible beach within walking distance due to restricted hotel properties. We booked a lagoon view room but were given a lower-floor room facing a wall. There was a strong smell of dampness both in the corridor and the room. The air conditioning and ventilation were extremely loud and faulty, making it impossible to sleep. Despite multiple complaints, nothing was fixed. Breakfast was very poor: limited options, repetitive, not fresh, and unsuitable for children. The so-called “restaurant” is just a bar with snacks and overpriced drinks. The pools were old and poorly maintained, with visible rust. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

This hotel has a really good location. The room was clean and it had a nice view of the jungle. The kitchen was well equipped. We had an issue with lizards coming out of the washroom drain which was scary and off putting. We requested an upgrade but they denied it saying they were sold out even though online it showed vacancies. The rooftop pool, food as well the views were amazing!
