Overall was a good stay. Housekeeping did not clean the room one day after a 2nd request, bottle of alcohol was never provided but was told we would get it. Certain staff members go above and beyond to make up for those that did less than expected. Food was good, beach bar was excellent.

We had a ton of mold in our shower and it took half of our stay in order for them to actually come and clean it. Had to beg them three times to get it actually clean. Front counter and management people were great, but the food at all of the restaurants was absolutely terrible and everyone else on the property seemed inconvenienced when we asked for anything. I would not stay here again.

Stunning beach, beautiful clear and clean ocean. Had a couple rain days but not bad, that didn't ruin the fun..we can't wait to return. Beach right outside our room, loved it, and all the staff very friendly excellent customer service!
