The room was clean, good ameneties but i think the bathroom bowl has some plumbing issues because theres some smell coming out even it was just cleaned by the housekeeping. And also , maybe next time they need t reply when u send them a message . I book thru cheap tickets and upon booking i message the property that my bf is coming with me from the other country. Apparently they charged me for extra person. I wouldnt book it if they dont allow it and replied to my message .

My best choice in DT Cancun

very well located, close to the ADO Main Bus Station. the pool is very good, clean towels always available. The breakfast was included in my VIP Booking, it was plenty of delicious hot breakfast, Mexican food options, fruit’s cocktails, My favourite the Red Chilaquiles! Room service was awesome, Always smiling! Blvd Kukulkan Hotel Zone Bus #1 & #2 around the corner, banks, superstores, currency exchange around the place

we were very happy at Oh! Oasis

our best option to stay in Cancun downtown, close to many activities and public markets, malls all around the place, banks, superstores, and just 1 public bus away from the sandy beaches, and the great Blue color of the caribean sea... we will be back! Great service by the breakfast servers, and the room services were great! cheers Oh! Oasis

This place was PRISTINE clean and tidy. Customer service was great and the breakfast buffet was amazing and had variety. The hotel has 2 pools both clean, towels for the pool were available. Highly recommended!!!

A gem in Cancun

I can't recommend this hotel enough. I wish I could give more stars than I did, as this hotel was better than expected. Beautiful renovated room with lots of amenities, great pool area and huge breakfast buffet with many options. Small issue: Some confusion regarding the fact there are two hotels at this location (both same owner). On my first morning I inadvertently had breakfast at the other hotel breakfast area, which is much simpler than the Oh Cancun's complimentary buffet at the other side of the building. I only which it was made clearer. Maybe a sign and arrow at the elevator exit would help future guests not make that mistake.
