Everything was phenomenal from start to finish; the staff, the food, drinks, and room was 10/10. We told them about us celebrating my girlfriend receiving her PR card, and they upgraded our room, free of charge. Everyone was incredibly generous, and got us to try food/drinks that we didn't ask for but absolutely loved. It was just an amazing time, and I highly recommend going there. Once we're able to, we most likely will go again! It's truly a gorgeous resort.
