It was a shady stay. I would not recommended completely. Staff try to overcharge me. Some of guest were not in their right mind. Capsules for one person are very small. Electricity went out several times. Bathrooms were not flushing properly. Did not have a problem with my property but it gives chances for people to take stuff. The property needs detail work for the type of operations. Over all it was an interesting experience.

This place is excellent for a solo traveler who wants to be close to the acting in Cancun. With the room, they issue you a locker with a wristband to open it’s electric lock. I stayed in the double bed capsule, which gave me enough room to store my carryon and backpack. The beds are comfortable and the staff works 24 hours a day to keep this place running smoothly with clean toilets and showers with hot water and good pressure. I stayed for 9 nights and bought many of my meals at the supermarket that’s only 100 meters away. It’s easy to get to/from the airport using an ADO bus and a city bus. Later, while staying in Playa del Carmen, went for a daytrip to Cancun and this place rented me a locker for 24 hours to hold my backpack while I played at the beach. You won’t hear any thumping bass from the local night clubs here. And the capsules give you complete privacy. But they aren’t soundproof, so you will hear others who don’t honor the “no noise” rule in the sleeping area.

Staff was fantastic very helpful with info of area and hotel the location is perfectly located in the Center of hotel zone restaurant bars transportation are all within a few mins. Pods are comfortable and clean washrooms are clean showers are good also.overall great short stay for me .. also other travelers were friendly and respectful. I would recommend to other to give it a try…… thank you

It’s good for a day / two, not for longer stays. Staff were helpful. However, parking was bit tough to find. We parked at nearby plaza overnight and had no issues. Location is awesome.

Definitely one of my fav stays in cancun! Lovely guys in the day/afternoon & the capsules are private and literally chill. They keep it super clean. Bring a sweater cause it can get cold tho. 🙏text me anytime lmao ¡Sin duda, una de mis mejores estancias en Cancún! Los chicos que trabajan allí son encantadores, tanto por la mañana como por la tarde, y las cápsulas son privadas y súper cómodas. Lo mantienen todo impecablemente limpio. Eso sí, trae un suéter porque puede hacer frío. 🙏 Mándame un mensaje cuando quieras, jajaja.

Great place to stay for single travelers like me who just need a good place to sleep while spending the day venturing. The staff is super friendly and helpful, you get a pretty decent size locker to store your things. The capsules are cool, clean, and very quiet. WiFi, free coffee, and super central to get anywhere in Cancun. Big super market right in front of you wanna buy anything. Definitely recommend

The STAFF ARE AWESOME! I think the corporate management must suck because they all have to work split shifts for no real reason. But the staff and local management were great. This is a step up from a traditional hostel. Its similar to a hostel. You still hear everything through the pod, but you have privacy and a lockable space. I would go back.
