This apartment consists of 3 floors, it is necessary to climb stairs. None of the rooms have a door.

On the first floor you will find the kitchen and dining room, the living room and a room with two single beds, going up the stairs, on the second floor there is a room with a king size bed, a sofa and a jacuzzi, and in this same room there is a loft, you go up stairs and arrive at a third floor where there is another room with a king size bed and a queen.

It is ideal for large families since it fits perfectly 8 comfortable people. You only have to take the stairs into account if the elderly or people with difficulties to climb come, as well as children.

The condo has a beautiful pool with ocean views and access to one of the best beaches in Cancun. You will love to see all the sunrises and sunsets from the apartment.

We have a TV, it is not Smart. On December 26, the ROKU arrives to make it Smart so that they can use it.

It is a family condo, parties and noise are not allowed until late at night.

It is recommended to rent a car, we have parking. In case you do not want to rent a car, the bus passes on the main avenue and it is very easy to transport you throughout the hotel zone to the center.

REMEMBER THE RULES AND ENJOY YOUR STAY:
✘ Extra guests or visitors are not allowed.
✘ Parties are not allowed.
✔️ Quiet hours between 10pm and 8am.
✘ Do not hang clothes or towels on windows, balconies or visible from public areas.
✘ Do not use the towels to clean or remove makeup or paint your hair.
✘ Do not throw paper or objects in the WC.
✘ Do not use air conditioning if there is no one in the property or with the windows or doors open.
✘ The pool cannot be used in casual clothing and a bathing suit is mandatory. Please respect the pool hours.
✘ Food and drinks in glass containers are not allowed in the pool area.
✘ Do not throw or leave garbage outside the apartment.
✘ Pets are not accepted.
✘ No smoking inside the property.
✘ Do not consume illegal substances.
✔️ The use of clothing in common areas is mandatory.
✔️ Please let us know if you see any water leaks.
✔️ Respect security personnel and neighbors.
- For each rule that is not followed, up to a $200 usd penalty can be charged

⚠️ IMPORTANT:
- Replacement for loss of key, cards, bracelets, parking cards or towel has a cost of $20 US each.
- Reservations of more than 6 nights include only 20kw of electricity per night. Excessive consumption will cost $5 pesos per extra kW. (Enough so you can use all appliances and air conditioning every night and day when you're home) but don't leave it on when you're not home or with doors or windows open.
