Come and discover the pearl of the Emerald Coast: Cancale! Set in a quiet neighbourhood, this charming house can accommodate 4 guests and will be the perfect base for your getaway. Ideally situated close to local shops and just 5 minutes from the sea, you’ll have a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchen opening onto the living room, a bedroom with a queen-size double bed and a travel cot, a shower room, and a private south-facing terrace! Bed linen and towels are provided.

The accommodation
With a floor area of 52 m², the house is laid out as follows:

Living area on the ground floor:
- Living room furnished with a sofa bed that converts into a double bed (sleeps 2), TV, Bluetooth speaker.
- Fully equipped kitchenette opening onto the living area: oven, fridge, freezer, hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery, dining area with a high table seating 4 people.
- Shower room with shower, WC, hairdryer.

Sleeping area upstairs, accessible via a staircase (not particularly suitable for young children or people with mobility difficulties):
- Attic bedroom furnished with a queen-size double bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and a travel cot.

Outside:
- Private 25 m² south-facing terrace, furnished with garden furniture, a barbecue and two sun loungers. The terrace is not overlooked, thanks to the hedges.

Für 4 Personen ungeeignet, da noch nicht einmal ein Bett für sie vorhanden. Extrem steile,enge Treppe in den Schlafbereich unter dem Dach. Kaum mit Koffer zu bewältigen. Sehr kleines Fenster, daher sehr warm. Kein Licht am Bett, kein Licht an der Treppe. Sofa im Wohnzimmer völlig durchgesessen. Terrasse ungepflegt

Le Cocon Cancalais "Fijne ruimte met als pluspunt dat er zowel ‘s ochtends als ‘s avonds zon in de tuin staat. Zowel woonkamer als badkamer ruim en schoon. Slaapkamer op zolder is wel heel erg warm met maar 1 klein dakraam. Een 2e raam om de boel te laten luchten zou prettig zijn. En de keuken mag wat betreft pannen wel wat beter uitgerust worden. 4 koekenpannen, 1 steelpan en 1 stoofpan lastig om zelf een maaltijd te kunnen maken. Maar alles bij elkaar fijne en rustige plek om te verblijven. Pad door bos en langs kust goed te belopen naar Cancale zelf."

Toutefois, il faut être bien réveillé pour descendre l escalier échelle de la chambre, le lit grince sévèrement, mais en le mettant par terre le problème est réglé et le matelas est très confortable , Cancale est accessible à pied n’hésitez pas à aller sur le port par le petit chemin.

Descendre les escaliers de nuit avec comme unique éclairage la lampe de nos téléphones était un peu juste. Rajouter l'inclinaison de l'escalier pour des personnes de plus de 60 ans ce fut un peu juste."

Pas de chance un dégât des eaux (ballon d'eau chaude) à chamboulé nos plans, pas de chance Mais belle réactivité de Cocoonr qui a réussi à nous trouver un logement en 1h le 31/12 pour bien terminer cette année 2023. C'était un très bon séjour.
