Apartment with large panoramic terrace a stone's throw from the beach

The apartment is located in Loc. Seccheto, in the municipality of Campo nell’Elba, in the area called Costa del Sole.
It is on the first floor of a small complex which can be accessed from via della Costa n. 6396, and is in an excellent position to reach the beach and the various shops of Seccheto in a few minutes. Peace and privacy are guaranteed by the fact that it is located slightly above the road level, surrounded by green spaces.
It consists of a double bedroom, a bedroom with 2 beds, bathroom with shower, living room, kitchen equipped with gas stove, electric oven, fridge with freezer, and the necessary for cooking and dining, bathroom with shower. The apartment is enriched by a large covered terrace equipped with table and chairs, where it is pleasant to have lunch and relax. If necessary you can take advantage of an extra bed to be placed in the master bedroom or in the living room.
The comforts of the apartment include the parking space, air conditioning, satellite TV, wi-fi, external shower and sink, use of washing machine and barbecue available in common with 3 apartments in the complex.

Important:

Possibility to take advantage of discounted rates of 20% for the use of the ferries of the companies Moby and Toremar, as well as the possibility of renting car-motorbike-bike with a 5% discount.

Bed linen and bath towels are not included in the price. It is possible to request the rental at the time of booking with a surcharge of € 15 per person to be paid locally.

Animals are not allowed in the apartment.

The presence of infants, if not included in the number of expected guests, must be communicated at the time of booking since not all rooms are suitable for cots or cots

Other useful information:

Guests can move freely in the wide spaces of the property where the apartment is located.
A play area is available for children where they can have fun safely.
There are also some terrariums with a large number of turtles of all ages and lovingly cared for by the owner.

Guests are welcomed directly by the owner or by a family member, who will be at their disposal for all the time of the holiday for any need and who will be able to illustrate the beauty of the coast and recommend itineraries and various visits.

Upon arrival you must provide your data to fulfill legal obligations. You will also be asked to sign the privacy policy.

In July and August we only accept bookings for 1 or more weeks with Check-in and check-out on Sunday. If you wish to book a different period (for example 10 days) please send me a message before booking because I may not be able to accept your booking

Some outdoor areas and the laundry room are shared with 3 other apartments in the complex.
