We offer our guests a large apartment on the ground floor, in a semi-detached villa located in a panoramic area on the hill behind the village of Marina di Campo, about 500 m (on foot) from the beach and the town center. It is the ideal type of stay for those who want to spend relaxing holidays, in a residential area just outside the chaos of the city and the seafront, without sacrificing the convenience of the most touristic town on the island. Marina di Campo does not need much publicity: sea, clubs and services; all at your fingertips.

We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours before the arrival date. We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules: leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, separate waste collection and dispose of it.

It consists of a living / dining room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double bedroom, twin bedroom, bedroom with bunk bed, two bathrooms with shower.
Large equipped porch and small outdoor area in front of the entrance of the villa used for a parking space, second parking space about 50 meters away.

Important Notes:
- rental to groups of guys under the age of 25 is not permitted
- pets not allowed
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00 (for check-ins after 20.00 a supplement of 50.00 euros is required)
- deposit (mandatory): 300.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
