The room was very dated and smelled funky, like it hadn't been aired out for a while or a wet dog rolled all over the carpet. The sofa was saggy to sit on. I couldn't imagine what it might have been like to sleep on. There was no plug for the sink, and the towel bar was loose. The most positive thing was that the bed was comfortable.

The room was not really clean as in cobwebs and dead bugs along edge of bathroom sink and bathroom baseboards dirty. Also not sure if sheets had been changed as they were not in place like a freshly made bed. Property needs some attention and cleaning staff letting them down

This property was so rundown! No a/c just super cheap running fans. Super dirty carpeting. Pet hair all over it. Get those you guys cleaning the rooms an actual cleaning cart and a real vacuum. Dirt all up and down the hall ways. We kept our shoes on and slept on top of the comforter. What a shame is that this property could have so much potential! It hasn’t been updated in 20 years! Tell the owner to quit being so cheap! The bones of the hotel are excellent. Just rip out the carpeting. Update the kitchens, paint, replace the tubs (they were yellow with grime around the outside), replace the couches. I paid about $260 per night and we felt totally ripped off.

It was fine

It’s an old-fashioned 2-storey motel with an Alpine theme. Older but clean enough. Good location on the water - great for dog walking. Breakfast is fine. No elevators or air conditioning. We slept with the balcony door open for the breeze, but we were on the second floor. Not sure what we would have done if on the ground level.
