When we arrived on our floor after check-in, every room door was wide open, including ours. The pillows in our assigned room had no pillowcases, and it was evident housekeeping had not finished preparing the room. There was no signage or communication explaining why the floor looked unsecured and mid-clean. The most serious issue happened shortly after: another guest was accidentally given a key card to our room. My girlfriend was napping inside when a strange man unexpectedly walked in. This is an unacceptable breach of privacy and safety. When we reported the incident, the front-desk staff member came to the room and rudely asked my girlfriend for her name, even after she explained the reservation was under my name. He then left abruptly without acknowledging the situation or offering any apology, explanation, or assistance. Overall, our experience raised major concerns: Security: Room doors left open during check-in hours Another guest issued a key to our room My girlfriend startled awake by an unknown man entering Cleanliness & Readiness: Room not fully prepared (missing pillowcases, linens not finished) Housekeeping procedures not clearly managed or communicated Customer Service: Staff response was dismissive and unprofessional No apology, no ownership, no reassurance of corrective action

We have stayed here a number of times in the past but will be rethinking this place in the future. There was only one staff working who was working all shifts and tried to do all duties and was very pleasant to deal. Maintenance is needed in the rooms though they were clean. Breakfast was not as good as in the past.

We didn't have the breakfast so can't comment on that but the service and care that we received were top notch. We got a free upgrade to a suite which was awesome, so my husband could watch football and I could do my coursework. The kitchenette was awesome, thank you Heron's landing

room was clean and the amenities were adequate, only decafe coffee in the room, and the floors were cold my guess is because the first floor rooms are above the garage. advertisment said swiming pool but actually the pool was at the hotel next door so you needed to go outside in a bad rain storm to get to and from the pool

I have been pleasantly surprised with the property. It is an older complex, but well kept in a kind of Bavarian style. My one bdrm suite was clean spacious. It met my expectations. I arrived with my medium sized dog; she was comfortable, and I felt at home right away. It was easy to take her out. Just wanna see walk. The underground parking was very convenient during the heavy rain. Well, I would definitely like to come back.

The room was cold and had no heat. I went downstairs and complained to the only staff member I could find. He told me to wait 15 min. I did . He again told me to wait, I did, nothing changed, I went back down and feeling bullied by this man, I told him I was leaving……and I did.
