Hotel and room were very clean. Decently insulated against noise. I loved that they had blackout curtains. Staff was really friendly. Continental breakfast had decent variety. Only reason I am giving it 4 instead of 5 stars is the hotel is a little dated. I would definitely stay there again.

Overall it is a good experience. We were just on the way back to Phoenix. This is good enough to get a good sleep. The room has a strange smell seems come from the cleaning product they use.

Front desk and housekeeping were friendly. Parking lot was dirty. Not safe, back doors are left propped open. The smell of people smoking weed was overwhelming. Noisy, you can hear everything through those walls, even when the person next door flushes the toilet.

The refrigerator made different noises. The right side wall lightning flickered. The worst was that I get a call in the afternoon telling me that I had taken a desk lamp (there was no desk lamp when I checked in) and the guy told me that I would be charged for this missing item. I asked to speak with manager or gen manager multiple times but not able to do so. I would never stay here or recommend to anyone. This seems like a scam to boost revenue.
