Room very clean. Very nice restaurant area and bar. Huge comfy bed. Breakfast buffet was fine. Coffee machines in breakfast area did not make very nice coffee (I tried latte) and were temperamental. Staff were exceptionally polite and helpful which was very nice.

Excellent stay

Very attentive front desk staff that ensured our stay was comfortable and had arranged our taxi back to the train station. I also appreciated the laundry facilities that were free of charge!

Lovely hotel 15 to 20 minutes walk from the city centre. Check in was easy but hotel takes £150 which is refundable 5-7 days after you check out. I don’t agree with this as it should be returned on check out. Check in is 4pm but reception can email you if your room is ready earlier. Parking is £24 a day but the car park is underground, appears to be safe and is the going rate for Cambridge. The room was clean. The shower was amazing, towels and dressing gowns are provided as is a hairdryer and iron with ironing board. Room service is very expensive with both a £5 and service charge added on. Breakfast offered a good choice of food, eggs cooked to order. However it would have been good to have some blueberries for porridge. Staff were all very attentive and friendly. There is also a separate coffee bar which is nice. We didn’t use the pool and the sauna was closed. All in all a lovely stay and we will return.

We love our stay at the Fellows house, staff was super helpful & polite and dinner & breakfast were absolutely wonderful. The only thing we would say is that the electric car chargers in their car park were not working - although the Hotel tried contacting providers - it was inconvenient as we were banking on charging over night there.

The Reception staff Cecile was excellent! Very polite and smiling. Very welcoming. Also the Dining staff Certanina was excellent. Breakfast was super! Both the above staff are an asset to the hotel. Definitely coming again.

Overall… I loved the hotel. The staff were all friendly and helpful and the facilities were amazing. The convenience of the restaurant and gym were very much appreciated. The hotel is within walking distance of the main town centre which made exploring a breeze.

Good but £70+ parking for 3 nights (not central)
