We got a good deal through Expedia — and that’s where the good part ends. I don’t remember receiving a VIP beverage; if I did, it must have been just a bottle of water.
The room’s AC was running but had no effect. The temperature stayed uncomfortably chilly, possibly because we were in the last room on the top floor. On top of that, we were right next to a very loud ventilation system, so there was constant noise throughout our stay.
The staff were very friendly and kind, and I didn’t want to bother them with these issues, although the hotel deserves an honest review.
Also, what’s with the questions about a pool? We weren’t even made aware that the hotel had one.
