This was the perfect hotel for a visit to Cambridge. Right in the center of town, it was clean, staff friendly and helpful, breakfast excellent and the beds comfy. The room was spacious as well.

Right in the center of town near the market square and several pubs, museums, and convenience stores was an amazing location to start each day. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff very helpful. My room was spacious and modern. A great place to stay even though the entrance is really very unassuming.

location can’t be beat. adjacent to market square. anything you might need is around the corner: a Tesco express and a shopping mall. breakfast was good. the fried eggs were appropriately runny- tough to find on this kind of setup.the room was fine.

Check-in was slow as the kiosk did not work for our booking (this was a known issue with hotels.com bookings amongst staff) and a member of staff wasn't immediately available. Beyond that, the staff was lovely, the location was great, breakfast was reasonably priced and good quality.

Fantastic hotel!

We had a great stay here! Our room was very modern, clean, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend adding on the breakfast; it was delicious with both hot/full English and cold options. We will definitely stay here again!

There’s a slight impersonal feeling about the hotel. You can see lots of cost cutting drone wall mounted shampoos to having ng to ask for your room to be cleaned. Breakfast is paired down with just the basics. I might a that this their premium rooms so price for rooms is fairly steep. No room safe. The only real positive is its location.
