Modern comfortable and friendly

For convenience to the station this cannot be beaten. Whilst out of the window you can see almost a depot of trains, you can hear nothing from the outside. The whole place is new and well designed and the staff seemed happy and motivated. The only TINY downside was the really thin cheap toilet paper. I’m sure for a small upgrade in your cost the guest would appreciate something a little more robust! Would I come again - hell yes. It’s amazing

Very convenient hotel, great location, friendly staff. Beds are very comfortable, good eating options inside and around the hotel. I stay here whenever I come to Cambridge. Would be even happier with hotter showers and better room temperature controls.

This hotel is located right next to the train station. There are shops, burger joints & coffee shops just across the street. Rooms are quiet & comfy. Lobby area is lively. Front desk staff are courteous & helpful.

The location is great and the staff were kind at reception and bar area. The cleaning staff needs to be taught how to clean a room. I was there for four days and when I arrived the coffee cup in my room and the spoon for tea was dirty. I turned it up and put it on the desk so that they would replace it. All they did was put it back in the original place without cleaning or replacing so the next day I put it in the bathroom same thing they just kept putting it back and it wasn’t even my dirty cup. It was from a previous guest. Plus for four days no one so much as wiped the bathroom counter down.

Breakfast is very good. Handicapped room is big and clean. Very few amenities. Only two bath towels and nothing else. No Kleenex, body lotion. Two elevators but one was out of order the time we were there. Price was good.
