This comfortable, spacious villa is situated in the quiet residential area of Enchinent, just 1,5 km from the beach and many shops, bars, and restaurants of the lively resort of Calpe. A very peaceful location with easy access to all amenities. There is a panoramic view of Calpe, the sea, and the famous Peñon de Ifach from Juanjos´s balcony, whilst the villa is set in an extensive terraced garden bordered by trees and shrubs, with a kidney-shaped swimming pool, BBQ, and shaded outside dining area.

Inside, the house is furnished in a bright style and is well equipped. This villa is a two-story holiday home. All the living accommodation is on the upper floor of the house, with steps from the parking area and further steps leading down to the pool area. A large first floor affording the most fabulous panoramic views.Lounge/dining room with fireplace, Sat+TV+DVD.

The kitchen is well equipped and a utility room with a washing machine. There is a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. The two twin bedrooms share a further bathroom.

Villa with amazing views

Villa was very clean,beds were comfortable and we had all we needed in the kitchen, apart from it could have done with a jug, pool area small but sufficient with clean outdoor shower, sunbeds for all 6 of us, but table only had 4 chairs Close enough to lots of bars and restaurants ate out most evenings and never had one bad meal We really enjoyed our stay and would go again

Très jolie maison, très bien équipée. Nous avons apprécié la piscine, la terrasse et le calme. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine en famille!
