Newly built flat with spectacular sea views on the Arenal-Bol beach in Calpe. Modern style, with all the comforts, newly furnished and equipped to spend an incredible holiday with family and/or friends. You will be able to enjoy sea views from all the rooms: living/dining room, kitchen, terrace and the two bedrooms.

It includes a private parking space in the same building.



The property is distributed on one floor as follows: Entrance hall with on the right hand side a bathroom with shower and on the left hand side the kitchen with island. We continue with the dining room and the living room from which you access the covered terrace and its fabulous views to the Arenal-Bol beach and the Natural Park of the Peñon de Ifach. It is completed with two bedrooms, one with two single beds and the master bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower.



The building has a communal swimming pool with an area for adults and an area for small children.



The accommodation has ducted hot/cold air conditioning and thermostat, underfloor heating in the bathrooms, and alarm system.
