On the ground floor, the welcoming living and dining room serves as the heart of the home, complete with an open-hearth fireplace and direct access to the terrace. Adjacent to this space, a fully equipped kitchen features a cooking island, oven, 3 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, and a dining table, making it ideal for preparing and enjoying meals together. This floor also includes 1 bedroom with 2 beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, served by a private bathroom with bath and WC, as well as a separate WC for added convenience.

The upper floor hosts the remaining 4 bedrooms, each offering its own en-suite bathroom.
