Charming house with pool in the Rio de Oro urbanisation – Calonge

Located in a quiet residential area surrounded by nature, this cosy two-storey house in the Rio de Oro urbanisation in Calonge is perfect for families or for relaxing holidays on the Costa Brava.

On the first floor, after climbing the access stairs, you’ll find an entrance hall that leads to the kitchen, which opens onto a small terrace – perfect for outdoor breakfasts. From the same hall, stairs lead to the upper floor, where there are three bedrooms (two with bunk beds and one double) and two full bathrooms.

The bright and spacious dining room opens directly to the outside, where there’s a barbecue area and a small patio. From this patio, stairs lead up to the upper part of the plot, where the pool house is located.

This second building, situated just in front of the pool, includes a living room, a double bedroom, a full bathroom and a kitchen. A separate and comfortable space, ideal for hosting guests or enjoying the summer in complete privacy.


Unfortunately groups of youngsters (average age below or equal to 25) are not allowed in this holiday residence.

Linens and towels are not included. This villa does offer the possibility to reserve bed linen (€15.00 per person) and towels (€7.50 per person). This must be paid in cash on arrival. Let us know if you want to take advantage of this.
