The space
This is a 2,585-square-foot home that includes a 376-square-foot terrace and a pool. It has been recently renovated and is situated on a 6,460-square-foot lot with a fenced-in yard, making it a safe place for young children to run and play freely. The garden also features a petanque court with balls and an Argentine-style barbecue for enjoying sunny days. There’s always a pleasant breeze on the terrace where you can enjoy al fresco dinners with your loved ones.

The garden area features a fenced-in pool to ensure children’s safety, several lounge chairs, and a room with a ping-pong table facing the pool.

The house is divided into two floors, allowing for two separate apartments. The upper floor, measuring 1,291 square feet, consists of a living room, kitchen, two bathrooms (one with a shower and the other with a bathtub), three bedrooms, and a terrace with panoramic views of Palamós Bay and Playa de Aro. One of the bedrooms has a desk for remote work. The living-dining room features a fireplace to create a cozy atmosphere on winter days, a Smart TV, and board games for family entertainment.

The first floor is 915 square feet and includes a living room, kitchen, two bathrooms, three bedrooms (one master bedroom), and a porch that offers plenty of privacy. One of the bedrooms also has a desk for remote work.

Both kitchens are fully equipped with large fridge-freezers, ovens, microwaves, dishwashers, Nespresso coffee machines, kettles, toasters, and a complete set of kitchenware.

The bedrooms are spacious with large built-in closets that provide ample space for all your clothes and luggage. The mattresses are comfortable, the sheets are top-quality, and all beds come with a pillow and cushion. There are also extra pillows in the closets.

You’ll have full access to all the house’s amenities, including a garden with a pool, a petanque court with balls, an Argentine-style barbecue, and a covered area with a ping-pong table.

Other things to keep in mind
The house is located in the Más Pere neighborhood of Calonge, which is a quiet urban area. Currently, the roads are being paved and access to the house is being improved. Therefore, to reach the house, you must take a passable but unpaved road.
