This level also includes 1 bedroom fitted with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, as well as a large open kitchen equipped with a cooking island, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and a dishwasher. A shower room with WC completes this floor. Both the bedroom and the living area provide direct access to the terrace, while the kitchen also opens onto the terrace and the swimming pool area.

On the second upper floor, you will find the remaining 3 bedrooms.
