Het is een hoekhuis van 3 verdiepingen gelegen op een gezamenlijk domein waar in het midden een zwembad ligt voor algemeen gebruik. Het lijkt erop dat veel mensen die hier zitten elkaar kennen.Aangrenzend aan de woonkamer is er een tuin van ongeveer 5m x 6m, voorzien van een tafel met 6 stoelen en een bbq op kolen.Er is weinig privacy in de tuin, gezien het feit dat alle tuintjes naast elkaar liggen en aan de weg ligt (geen drukke weg). Daarnaast hangt er een grote camera op de tuin gericht. Dit was vast voor de beveiliging van het domein, maar voelde wel als Big Brother is watching you! Het huis is netjes en gezellig ingericht, voorzien van een nieuwe moderne keuken en ruime koelkast. De bedden lagen prima. De badkamer op de eerste verdieping is verouderd en de badkamer op de tweede verdieping is ook nieuw en modern. We maakten vooral gebruik van de nieuwe badkamer, omdat iedereen dit prettiger vond.Het is warm in de kamers (was buiten ook rond de 30 graden), een ventilator is fijn, we kregen twee nieuwe ventilatoren van de eigenaar. Het contact met de eigenaar was heel prettig en hij reageerde snel en was behulpzaam. De locatie van het huis is perfect voor verschillende uitjes en bezoekjes aan verschillende stranden. De omgeving is mooi en we hebben ervan genoten.

Un entorno fantástico, muy tranquilo, a 15 minutos de preciosas playas y localidades de la Costa Brava. La piscina y los jardines comunitarios son preciosos. El alojamiento aunque se está bien, por el precio debería mejorar en algunas cosas, como la actualización de la cocina, la limpieza y el equipamiento. La agencia que lo gestiona un trato excelente.
