Your beautiful Spanish villa near Calogne, Costa Brava
Beautiful villa situated in the quiet urbanization of Mas Pere, 3 km from the centre of Calonge and 5'5 km from the beach. It has a constructed surface of 220 m2 on a plot of 1100 m2. It is distributed in 2 levels.
In the main level we find the living-dining room with exit to a fantastic and sunny terrace with beautiful views to the swimming pool and the mountains, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with double bed, two bedrooms with two single beds, two bathrooms, one with bathtub and the other with shower.  
On the first level there is a double bedroom and a toilet. From the terrace there is access via stairs to the beautiful garden with swimming pool, where you can enjoy the fresh air and the sun. Next to the pool there is a barbecue area with summer dining area.

Calogne is situated on the El Baix Emporda, where several of the most popular seaside resorts of the Costa Brava are located, including Playa d’Aro and Palamos. Here you can find different picturesque bays and villages. El Alt Empordà, famous for its lovely wines and ceramics, is nearby. In the capitol city Figueras, the legendary Dalí-museum can be found. In this museum you can admire the biggest collection artwork from the surrealistic artist Dalí. You should also visit one of the small, white fishermen’s villages situated in the most beautiful idyllic and intimate bays. The villages are connected through smugglers trails, where you can go for a hike. Also snorkelling, diving, horseback riding and golfing are highly recommended in this region. Ideal for the children are the various sandy beaches and the possibility to visit the aqua park near Calogne. You should also definitely pay a visit to Girona, where you can find one of the best-preserved historical city centres of Spain. Narrow alleys, steep streets and stairs are the famous characteristics. The Jewish district is also a must-see, with its beautiful cathedral and the Arabic baths. Holiday fun at the Costa Brava: guaranteed!
