Siempre que voy a Cali me quedo en este hotel pero esta vez quedé bastante desencantada! La humedad en las habitaciones está muy fuerte y ya todo está muy viejito deberían remodelar por qué el hotel está en una buena hubicacion y la comida es excelente!

Generally lovely. Breakfast buffet was good; love that eggs were freshly made to order. Seemingly clean rooms. Some spots in bathrooms could use updating-spots on shower curtain bar were…rusty? Some spots on bathroom tiles could possibly be looked at more closely. But, staff was great, accommodating and exceptionally nice (except for one person who was…professional, but not “warm” the way all the rest of the staff was). Beautiful pool area. Lounge is nice-suggestion: maybe pump in a nice air scent. Would go back! What I’m mentioning is only to help improve an already great facility.

El hotel huele a humedad desde que se entra a chequearse, los cuartos huelen a humedad y la limpieza es terrible, las alfombras muy sucias en el cuarto y pasillos !!! Los vidrios de las habitaciones en las que estuve, ( porque me cambiaron tres veces de habitación debido a las humedades correspondientes de cada cuarto) por ende, 3 baños sucios y con rastros de huéspedes anteriores cuando se han lavado los dientes!!! Necesita mejoras y chequeos de supervisores ante la mala limpieza.

I was a nice stay. I wasn't expecting my room to be carpeted. The front desk people were very nice, although they tried to charge me for 2 sodas from the concession, which I didn't have any of.
