Staff was very friendly, one of the best location to stay in Cali. The wifi was fair. I will come for sure again but will make sure to ask for a room at 1st or 2nd ground. Ground floor there can be some noise from the restaurant at night till late.

Stayed at the hotel for over 14 days, i was very happy with hotel amenities, upon arrival i was worried because my flight arrival was 12am but he airport service was very convenient and on time. Customer service was outstanding the staff was very helpful and friendly. In the restaurant Nicole and Pilar were always very friendly and kind, these ladies made my stayed very comfortable. the only Suggestion i have for the Hotel is for the breakfast buffet., there was never Fresh bread available and the Natural Juices are out without proper refrigeration.
