A newly build house in Estreito da Calheta, Calheta. An area on the southern part of Madeira, where the sun shines from morning to night. A quiet area, arrive at the house into a private closed garage. You can enter the house up the stairs from the outside or from inside the garage. The entire living area is all on one floor just above the garage. On the outside lots of space to sit outside. Walk into the a lovely open plan living area. Lounge, dining area and kitchen looking over the entire area. Then to the right are the 3 bedrooms, full of sunshine. An on-suite bathroom with a bath tub and another bathroom with a shower. A washing machine, if needed. A lovely home to come and stay in Madeira. Near Jardim do Mar, Paul do Mar and a quick drive to the via express that will take you to any place in Madeira.
Local shops nearby and restaurants.

Wij vonden het een mooi, schoon huis! Alleen de weg er naartoe iets minder, maar de volgende dag hadden we een andere route gevonden. Niet via het smalle weggetje omhoog maar via de gewone weg!

Es war ein sehr schöner und unkomplizierter Aufenthalt.Es hat in der Wohnung und der Küche an nichts gefehlt. Man fühlte sich sehr willkommen und heimisch.
