Staff was not polite or welcoming, the hotel was dated and poorly maintained, there were no safety bars on the windows on the ground floor and the window opened all the way, it would take about 5 seconds to gain entry to any room an the main floor. The free breakfast was a joke, hard boiled eggs dry toast and cereal. Beds were old and noisy. I will never visit this hotel again!

It was clean Won’t ever book here ever again..Had a family issue n tried to cancel four days before trip .They wouldn’t refund my payment they would cancel room yea but no refund .l had booed a three night stay so it wasn’t just a small amount .l didn’t need this extra stress or more on my plate .They had no compassion it’s their policy .l would understand if it was last minute but four days before trip that is wrong on so many levels.l sent my son n prayed the family situation didn’t become a family emergency while he was gone.
