We arrived and were shocked right away. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. The hallways were dirty and smelled bad. When we got to our room, it was even worse – the bed was filthy, the room was nothing like the pictures online, and everything felt very poorly managed. This was honestly the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Management is weak and clearly doesn’t care about guests. I would never stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

The first room had rubbish on the floor, the fridge had large build up on ice in the freezer, the AC filter needed to be changed (red light on the unit), the chair was stained. I went down to change rooms, front desk guy was nice but stressed (he was the only guy there with a line out the door). Second room had hair on the floor, the fridge was rusty, the toilet had brown down the front (I have pictures), white residue on the desk. I will not return.
