With three bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, a fenced backyard, and easy self check-in, the home is a great fit for families, small groups, work trips, and longer stays.

When available, it combines the main floor and private lower-level suite, giving your group four bedrooms, two bathrooms, two kitchens, and separate living areas. We may also be able to offer a discounted upgrade.

**The Space**

The Owl occupies the entire main floor of the home and features large windows, plenty of natural light, and a comfortable, functional layout.

**Backyard & Pets**

One of the highlights of the property is the large, fenced backyard, which provides space to relax and is especially convenient for guests travelling with children or pets.

Travelling with your dog? For guests who want to spend a longer day exploring Calgary, Banff, Canmore, or the surrounding area, we may also be able to arrange an optional pet check-in service with our trusted local helper.

Depending on availability, visits can include letting your dog into the yard, refreshing water, feeding, play time, or a short walk. Pet check-in service is available for an additional fee, must be arranged in advance, and is subject to availability.

Please note that the fence is older and has a few natural gaps. Very small dogs and determined escape artists should always be supervised.

**Secure Gear & Luggage Storage**

A dedicated section of the garage may be available for guest use and is secured with a password-protected keypad lock.

The space provides a convenient place to store bikes, skis, snowboards, luggage, strollers, and other outdoor gear without bringing everything into the home.

It may also be available for luggage storage before check-in or after checkout, which can be especially helpful for early arrivals or later departures.

Because the storage area can only be reserved by one booking at a time, access is available on a first-come, first-served basis and is not guaranteed. Please message us in advance if you would like to use it.

**Location**

The Owl is located in the northwest Calgary community of Bowness, with convenient access to:

• Foothills Medical Centre — approximately 8 minutes
• Alberta Children’s Hospital — approximately 10 minutes
• WinSport / Canada Olympic Park — approximately 10 minutes
• Downtown Calgary — approximately 15 minutes

Quick access to Highway 1 makes it easy to travel west toward Banff, Canmore, Lake Louise, and the Rocky Mountains. Groceries, coffee shops, restaurants, parks, and river pathways are also nearby.

**Privacy & the Lower-Level Suite**

The property includes a fully separate, legal lower-level suite that may be occupied during your stay.

As with many homes that include a lower suite, occasional normal household sound may be heard. We ask everyone to respect quiet hours so all guests can enjoy a comfortable stay.

The Owl comfortably accommodates up to six guests. For larger families, multiple couples, or groups wanting more room and privacy, The Owl House may be a better fit.

When available, The Owl House includes both suites and provides:

• Two full bathrooms
• Two kitchens
• Two separate living areas
• Exclusive use of the entire property

Please message us before booking if you are interested in the full property. When both suites are available, we may be able to offer a discounted upgrade.

**Guest Access**

Guests have private access to the entire main-floor suite through the front entrance. The backyard and laundry area may be shared if the lower-level suite is occupied.

Your personalized door code and full check-in instructions will be provided before arrival.
