The hotel is located in a convenient spot in downtown calgary. Many nice, walkable restaurants about 10-15 minutes of walk. The staff that has checked us in is very welcoming and accommodating. Parking is paid but is decent for a secure space.

I had requested my room be cleaned 4 days in a row and had no help. Wouldn’t even give me more toilet paper. Had to pay for parking which is a given. Still got a ticket somehow which! Amazing :)
