Very nice hotel, room very nice. The breakfast not very good and house keeping was not good at all. Sheets were not changed the four days we were there, clean towels and bad made was all we received during our visit

Stood in for over 20 mins. Score I could check in with only 2 people in front of me. Clerk at the desk wasn’t very friendly, other patrons also seemed annoyed with her. Room was clean, beds and pillow comfortable. Not really near anything interesting to walk to. Hôtel was good, staff not so much

The location was okay, lots of lighting at night for the parking lot. We arrived and after check-in were directed to where the elevator(s) were and took the first elevator up to the 5th floor. Unbeknownst to us, there was a 2nd elevator another 100 or so feet down the hallway....would have been nice to know. Also, drink vending machines were out of order on the first floor and the 5th floor and a water-dispenser was only available in the fitness center. All minor inconveniences but noticeable ones. These are the only reasons I can't give it 5 stars...

This is my 3rd time staying with them. Room is great for the price. Breakfast is a bit disappointing, did not have much choices. The shower control seems loose. It kept moving on its own. It is quiet tho.
