The room was quiet Ann very comfortable. Noi's from busy international airport starting about 5:30 a.m. the breakfast buffet is a real joke. Terribly substandard and seems to be worse everytime we stay here (about 3 time annually.

Very noisy at night. They make a big deal about wrapped silverware but when you open it up it is dirty. Garbage in hallways. Room floor not clean. Towels with mystery smudges. Made to feel over the three days like an inconvenience rather than valued customer. Poor selection at breakfast over the three day stay even though there early. Parking lot feels unsafe to walk in.

Great room and property. The staff are okay but we found them odd to communicate with. We had 2 issues. We had a puppy and 2 people. Check in was good, a few trips to the car to get all of the stff and great. Use the washroom, wash hands, sink doesnt drain. Tell the frint desk guy who appears confused. He advised we pack up our stuff bring it all to the frint lobby while they find us a new room. Our puppy is 9 months old and a lab (hyper for another 18 months or more) and we have all the puppy "stuff". This is not an efficient idea. I advise that this will not work multiple trips needed so he just gives me a new room whith keys. I go to the new room and hear a couple who are really loud right next door (I heard them far down the hall). I go back, tell the guy at the counter and he gives us a new room. Then in the morning, we left the room, are walking down the hall and we are chased down by a cleaner to ask if we are checking out and from what room so we tell her. We walk down one flight of stairs and realize we dont have keys for the car. We run back to the room and the swipe key does not work (less than a minute had passed) and the cleaner is no where in sight. Back to the front desk, after 10 minutes (and some literal running around on our part) we get the car keys back from the room. Overall a good stay but certainly some communication and efficiency issues.
