I was a little dissatisfied upon arrival as the hotel looks pretty run down. The area felt a little unsafe. The parking is open air so we felt uncomfortable leaving anything at all in the car so taking every single thing upstairs was a drag. We stayed in a two bedroom suite which was huge and very clean but staring at another high rise. For the price we paid I’d absolutely shop around next time.

The a/c unit is in the living room so the bed is to hot to sleep in, they charge you $25/day for parking and there wasn’t enough parking spaces, so you have to pay for parking beside the hotel, which was only $10 to day! Better off staying somewhere else that’s isn’t going to rip you off.

One of the day staff, a guy, had a dismissive approach that was off-putting at first. However, the young black lady who stepped in was cheerful and made me feel welcomed. Emma, the housekeeper, along with the morning kitchen staff, were genuinely warm and incredibly helpful.

Location great, hotel ok

Overall the stay was ok. We were in the room right above the main entrance where the smoking area was so the room smelled like smoke. Parking was ok-ish. Small lot and our car got scratched. The rooms are nice and big but the bathroom is tiny. I feel they charge too much for what it is but you’re likely paying for location because it was perfect for the event we were attending at Prince’s Island Park.
