DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL IF YOU SUFFER FROM DIABETES OR OTHER ILLNESS THAT REQUIRES KEEPING YOUR MEDS IN A FRIDGE. THERE WAS NO FRIDGE IN MY ROOM WHEN I CHECKED IN AND THEY DIDN'T KNOW WHEN THEY COULD GET ME ONE. SO I ASKED THEM TO KEEP MY MEDS IN THEIR OFFICE FRIDGE. ON THE 2ND DAY THEY PUT MY MED IN THE FREEZER!!! THE MEDICINE I NEED TO INJECT DAILY, HALF A VIAL WORTH $600, WAS FROZEN, RUINED!!! AND THE ONLY COMPENSATION I GOT FOR NOT HAVING A FRIDGE QUICKLY WAS 3 BREAKFASTS. NO COMPENSATION FOR THE DAMAGE TO MY MEDICATION - PHOTO ATTACHED They finally got me a fridge on the 3rd day. 3 days waiting for a fridge is unacceptable. I can understand that hotels sometimes cut corners but they shouldn't gamble with people's lives! You should make it transparent on your website and booking platforms that by default your rooms come without a fridge and that the A/C is centralized and set at all times at 15C so most people would need a heater in their room This situation evidenced a complete lack of planning and bad management decisions that are working really well to get you a lot of negative reviews on Google I gave them the chance to improve this review but after the incident with my medication and their lack of empathy and accountability for the damage caused, they made it impossible. I'm leaving this review as is not only for me but also for other people whose health you might be also putting at risk. This whole situation was extremely poorly managed and completely unacceptable

Stayed in the room right beside the pool access door, so it was pretty noisy the few nights we stayed there. Our key cards continously did not work, despite keeping them away from phones and other cards. The front desk staff were nice, and when we had problems with the keys they were quick to send maintenance to check our door. Our toilet did not flush properly. The beds were clean and it was a great hotel to stay at for walking to anything downtown. Wish the restaurants on site were open longer during the day - finding good coffee was hard!
