Comfortable enough. Positives include King bed with fair foam mattress. Firm enough. Plumbing was in fair order. Kitchen had good coffee mugs and plates, good cutlery and wine glasses. Working keurig and kettle. Basic pots and pans and other utensils. Good smart TV with Netflix. Areas for improvement: Washer and drier in unit needs attention due to drier not completing drying cycles and washer smelling a bit moldy. Need more pillows for bed and a light blanket for living area. Had to use my bloothtooth speaker for movie watching as TV sound needs a speaker. Also needs ice cubes trays in freezer. Bathroom sink drain needs cover fixed. It was seen under the sink. Generally however it was a decent small condo. Large patio doors needed cleaning but patio was spacious. I chose the condo for the king bed, air conditioning and central location. Area has many homeless however feels relatively safe during the day if you keep to yourself. Overall a decent space. Good communication with hosts and they provided hangers as there initially were none. Thanks Kyle!
