Be aware that when you order room service from the “app” there is an auto 18% service fee applied after you pay and are prompted to tip. I ended up tipping 38%. No where does it inform you about the auto grat until after you’ve already tipped & paid. This felt sneaky and it was a huge turn off for the establishment.
