The property has two sides. Left side of property during our last stay was nice quite, this stay right side we can hear the people upstairs around, the washing machine on 3rd floor running etc. very noisy. As much as I like the place I wouldn't recommend staying there again

Ok hotel if first choice is booked.

Fine hotel for one night in and out. Next to a casino so lots of people about. Small lobby which is very cold feeling, no place to hang out in a comfortable way, hard surfaces, feels like office lobby. We had a first floor room and could hear the people above walking across their room until after midnight. Not great for our 6:30 am departure. Last, the shower is unnecessarily complicated to operate. Too many knobs! Airport shuttle was convenient.

While this would have been a better review upon checking out rather than saying sir weve waived the 2.49 billing mistake they insisted on collecting. I have a ton of a trips coming up and the staff couldnt understand my stance to why i was refusing an extra fee being charged for a mis calculation of tax on my bill throigh expedia. I will NOT return due to this, very unprefessional and how many clients does it take of collecting an extra 2.50 per stay Seemed very shady
