The Pullout Couch mattress was so unbelievably uncomfortable! the springs were poking thru. I asked to switch rooms and nothing was available. They did not believe me how uncomfortable it was and said this was the first time someone complained. which i highly doubt! They also tried to charge me $1 for a disposable spoon even after spending $600 in hotel stays there. Needless to say, not impressed.

Stayed for 1 night but overall good experience with the hotel. Quick check in. Really enjoyed the water machines located on each floor and water carafe in room to have water at all times. Beds were comfortable and hotel looks newer and in good condition.
