They gave such a hassel at check in. They were clueless and it took a very long time. They told us over the phone that a free shuttle was available whenever needed that is the only reason we booked this hotel. Once checked in we tried to book the morning shuttle back to airport ans they said they are full. No more available. And nothing they can do. They offered a shittle 1 5 hrs too early before the Canadian north terminal evrn opens so we have to wait in the cold for 1.5hrs or a shittle too late that we would miss the flight. This was their only options. This is unacceptable! Front desk staff was rude and not well informed. They also.lied.

My number 1 reason for staying here is the 24 Hour Hot Tub. Its nice to have a soak after a long day and usually after 10pm it is kid free
