The staff were all really friendly and interacted so well with my kiddo. The pool/hot tub were a big hit also. The breakfast in the morning had a great variety and everything was tasty and enjoyable.

Another great great stay!! This is one of the cleanest hotels we've stayed in. The staff are incredibly patient with negative visitors. AND Absolutely wonderful and kind to all. Check-in staff very nice. Found out I don't get loyalty points if booked thru a 3rd party. Vending machine took coins only. The part that would make me not want to stay there again is the noise. We could hear people in the hallway and a child running in the room above us, also the overhead music while waiting for the elevator annoying, we prefer quiet.
