Q The reception staff were very friendly, the hotel was clean, the only drawback was the lack of variety at breakfast and the food wasn't served at the right temperature, and on the last day my room wasn't cleaned.I had to go to reception to ask for a towel because the cleaning lady seemed to have forgotten to clean our room properly, as we weren't leaving until the next day.

All in all, this is an average Holiday Inn. Rooms are dated, balcony door seemed flimsy. Noise from the street was quite loud in the room. It’s an easy walk to downtown, some cafes are around the corner. Staff was friendly and helpful, especially the breakfast attendant. There really shouldn’t be any single use plastic for breakfast, there should be more sustainable options.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming! It was clean, well stocked, and the pancakes at the breakfast bar were yummy. It was also very close to our concert venue, only a quick 5 minute walk away. Would recommend!
