The microwave was broken and the bath tub drain too was broken. I reported it to the attendant and I was moved to another room. The second room too had a broken bath tub drain, broken door latch and the air condition unit was extremely loud throughout the night. I was unable to sleep.

Room was clean and good condition. Staff was courteous. Pool was warm and great for kids. Quiet time rules were ignored and not enforced with loud stomping and jumping around late in the evening. Building is not soundproof to prevent disturbance from loud adjacent rooms. Temperature controls disabled which is hard to believe. Room was incredibly hot all night with no way to cool it down as there are blocks screwed to window frame to prevent them from opening very much.
