This property is in terrible shape. No working elevators and had to hike up 5 floors. Handrails in stairwell are broken too. Screws protruding on railings and in some spots held together with wire. Staff just said “yeah it’s been broken for three days”

I reported to the staff multiple times that my room was dirty, there was a hole in the wall, a dead bug in the drapes, rust in the tub, food on the walls. They would not even try accommodate me or nothing. It was very poor service. It felt like I wasn’t taken serious due to the fact that I booked through Expedia. 10/10 would NOT recommend.
