It is a very good hotel and great value for the money. Breakfast is fantastic. Rooms are recently redone and linens, towels, pillows, beds are excellent. They are undergoing outside renovations and the pool is also down for renovations. Those are the only drawbacks.

Even though the property is currently under going renovations the inside of the building is clean cozy and well maintained. The room was spotless and quiet. Will definitely recommend and stay again.

Got a key to the room at check in just to walk in the room with someone already staying there. Frustrating experience. No idea how did staff give us already assigned room?! Very limited parking for tall cars. Room itself was clean and nice. Breakfast was not much selection, but not bad at all. Hotel currently undergoing outside renovation and workers started loud machine noises at 8.30am.

Sandra at the front desk was lovely to deal with. The staff were excellent and very attentive to our needs. The room was clean. The room was dated as well as much of the hotel. The building is under construction on the outside and inside the pool area. They did arrange for us to be able to use the pool at hotel next door. Overall good stay.

Weekend Trip

The location is easy to get to. It is also easy to get to Banff and Canmore from here. Loved the underground parking. There are a variety of restaurants within walking. The kitchen suite was nice to have with a living room and its own TV. The king sized bed was comfy and had its own TV too. Charging outlets were throughout the suite. The bathroom was very clean and had lots of lighting. We noticed there was plenty of storage through out the unit. The breakfast had a lot of variety and was very tasty. The staff was constantly checking to make sure the hot items were replenished and other ones filled up. We loved the all day coffee station. The exercise room had several options there.

Great Stay, Great location

Always enjoy my stay at Hampton Inn. Bed and pillows are a little uncomfortable and need to be replaced. Breakfast is included but is not great. Not much choice. Would prefer more fresh fruit, and selection of pastries. Perhaps a better continental breakfast rather than the sausage and eggs which don't appear appealing at all. Customer service is always impeccable.
